At Sexwiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at (+1) 626 725 2169 or email us at contact@sexwizshop.com to request a return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided RMA number. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Empty Boxes: Products returned with only the empty packaging will not be accepted.
  • Damaged by Customer: Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Purchased Over 15Days Ago: Products purchased more than 7 days ago are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were shipped incorrectly.
