At Sexwiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
How to Return a Product
- Contact us at (+1) 626 725 2169 or email us at contact@sexwizshop.com to request a return.
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided RMA number. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Empty Boxes: Products returned with only the empty packaging will not be accepted.
- Damaged by Customer: Products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Purchased Over 15Days Ago: Products purchased more than 7 days ago are not eligible for return unless they are defective or were shipped incorrectly.
Return Conditions
