– I love this. I am not a coffee fan, but I was researching anti-inflammatory products. Lots of research is coming out on mushroom benefits, so I gave this a shot. It will now be a permanent part of my morning. I have noticed decreased bloating and I like the focus benefits without the caffeine crash. I have been using this product now for over 3 months and I’ve seen a difference in my clarity my mood energy levels and my belly fat is gone I’ve lost 15 pounds. Give it a try it takes a couple of times to get used to it. But trust me froth your creamer and you won’t look back I don’t even drink regular coffee anymore just don’t need it.
Coffee waw 3 cups a day with thus mushrooms coffee once in the morning and that’s all you need. It’s rocket fuel…your heart don’t race no jitters just happy focused and full of energy.

– This was my first use of adaptogens and I have to say it was an easy way to try it out. The flavor is okay on its own, I tried mixing it in with my morning coffee but for me the flavor clashed with my sweetener of choice, but I found the sweet spot for me was mixing it in with hot cocoa. It makes a sort of earthy mochaccino. Rather nice if I do saw so myself.
I found that it did have the desired effect of being uplifting and adding in focus without the brain dancing effects of caffeine. Rather nice.

– I have to say, I was skeptical at first, but, I decided to give this brand a try. I will say, I definitely noticed the “Alertness” immediately. The taste is about the same as coffee, (I use Hazelnut Creamer) and the stomach irritation is nearly zero. I believe I have become a fan of mushroom coffee. I have also tried Ryze, but like 4 Sigmatic is slightly better. Definitely worth a try if you are looking to cut back on your coffee intake!

– I’ve been a dedicated fan of Mushroom Coffee for years now, and Four Sigmatic was my initial gateway into this unique beverage. I owe them gratitude for sparking my love for functional mushroom but as the mushroom coffee scene has grown, Four Sigmatic’s offerings have started to feel a bit static. They offer 500mg of 2 mushrooms per serving (divided between 250mg of Lion’s Mane and 250mg of Chaga), but now the market is saturated with other brands that offer significantly higher doses. Generally, I look for at least 500mg per mushroom strain.
I’ve tried a handful of brands this year so far. I started with Ryze but discovered they were using poor quality mushroom extracts. I moved on to Everyday Dose, which was tasty but only mildly effective. I ended up settling on Lucid Super Coffee, which held my loyalty because it not only offers higher doses [2000mg] of 4 mushrooms, it also has a full stack of nootropics, which is fuel for your brain. I still carry around the Four Sigmatic packs because they’re easy to travel with, taste great, and help with maintenance. While it still uses high quality mushroom extract from 100% fruiting bodies, other brands like Lucid offer so much more of a dose for the price, a dose that I can actually FEEL. When choosing which product has the best value, remember two simple things: Dosage & Quality. And don’t forget to always read the label!

– I’m happy to say that I’ve started drinking a lot less coffee after starting to enjoy this beverage. Gives you the “clear” feeling without the crash of regular coffee. A coworker sitting next to me said, “GOD that smells good! The flavor profile is that of coffee and you don’t notice much earthiness or dirtiness— it’s just good. All and all if your into drinking for health or your trying to give up the Joe I’d say give this a try. Again, it’s yummy and you can take it on the go.

– I’ve been drinking Mushroom Coffee for over 8 years now, and have tried almost everything out there, majority being terrible products jumping on the bandwagon. There have been only a couple brands that have become my favorite, Four Sigmatic being one and Lucid Mushroom Coffee being the other. There are 4 main things I look for when shopping for mushroom coffee.
1) Taste
2) Dosage
3) Quality
4) Value
I saw this new Four Sigmatic mushroom coffee and chose to give it a try. As someone who is quite passionate about both my health and functional mushrooms, here are my thoughts…
1) TASTE:
Taste of the arabica coffee is decent. It’s very mild, but better than most others.
2) DOSAGE:
This part is extremely important, because if you’re going to incorporate functional mushrooms into your routine, you need to know how much of each mushroom you are putting in your body. From what I’ve learned, you want at least 500mg of one strain to see any benefits. Four Sigmatic only uses 2 mushrooms, Lion’s Mane and Chaga. They claim 1500mg of “adaptogens”, but the serving is only 1g of actual mushrooms. The rest is Rhodolia, Ashwagandha and Mucuna, which are herbs and those are very low doses.
3) QUALITY:
Four Sigmatic uses 100% fruiting bodies, which is the purest form of mushroom extract, so it passes here.
4) VALUE:
While the quality of the mushroom extract is good, there is a bit of smoke and mirrors in regard to the dosage of actual mushrooms which is just Lion’s Mane and Chaga. For $35, the value might not be there for me. Comparing this to my other favorite, Lucid Super Coffee, which has 2,000mg of mushrooms + 3,000mg of Nootropics (superfuel for your brain) which is around the same price, you are getting WAY more for what you’re paying for. Four sigmatic is still a decent product which will stay in my cabinet, but Lucid has won my heart at least for now. My best advice is to pay attention to the dosage and quality of mushrooms, and ALWAYS read the label!
