– I have lots of food allergies and as such can not tollarate most fillers in supplements. Any calcium fillers give me constipation, and any Cellulose type fillers give me a headache. This supplement is made with rice flour which is very easy to digest for me. I am happy to be able to take this supplement. I only need half the amount so I open the capsule up and pour half of it on my breakfast.
