I love the addition of Zinc and CoQ 10 along with Black Pepper to increase absorption of the ingredients.
Pills are easy to swallow but I did burp up a little bit of a nasty aftertaste a couple times after dosing. It wasn’t overly bad and could have been due to adding 3 more capsules to an already heavy supplement routine.
This is a good value when you take into account some supplements are only Ashwagandha and Shilajit, some are Sea Moss only and this combines all those with additional things like Zinc, Magnesium, CoQ 10, Tongkat Ali. This really is a one-stop supplement for overall wellness.

– This is almost a comical supplement, in that it has pretty much all of the currently-popular supplements in a single pill. However, considering how much of a pain shilajit can be to take in its normal resin form, I wanted to try this out to see if it would be a worthwhile method. It’s difficult to directly ascertain what health benefits this has specifically provided me, so I’ll keep my review to the product itself. And overall, it’s good – the bottle was well-sealed, and all of the supplement pills seem nice and fresh. You’re supposed to take three pills in a serving, and they are quite large, so you’ll need to have something to wash it down. But I was genuinely impressed that they were fully flavorless. No bitter taste on the capsule, which is always a risk with supplements. Overall, very happy with how these are to take, and looking forward to the possible health benefits the supplements may provide!
