– We are big fans of gummy vitamins and supplements. I do not know if it is because we do not like taking pills and those large capsules, or we just like the ease and taste of gummies. We ordered these to give them a try; we spend a lot of time in front of our computers, so maybe these will help.
As far as if they work, we have only been taking them for about a week or so, but I think I am starting to notice a bit less eye irritation at the end of the day. The taste of these is good, and the sugary coating does not hurt, lol. They are not all stuck together – I like that. All in all, these are a good tasting gummy, and the price was fair – but if they help at the end of the day, I’d say they are well worth it.

– My overall eye health has improved. Occassionally I saw sparkles & flashes of light. Then it increased for a couple of weeks. After trying Fmlave gummies there weren’t any more sparkles. I also swallow one when my eyes are really tired or my vision begins to blur when my blood sugar is higher. They seem to help.

– While I might not be strict about it, I confess that I’d rather not eat boiled down pig feet. Yes, that’s what gelatin is. Therefore, that would be most gummies. Unless they are kosher, and then it would be cow feet. Like I said, I’m not strict about it, but I do like the fact that these are vegetarian friendly.
These gummies taste great. The gummy texture comes from natural pectin and tapioca.
I was diagnosed with macular degeneration in the very early stages. The ophthalmologist recommended taking an AREDS 2 formulation, which is a combination of proven components to help slow progression of the disease. AREDS 2 contains zinc, which can sometimes bother my stomach. This still has the lutein and lutemax 2020, so on certain days I can keep up with my nutritional protection without sacrificing my stomach.
The taste? Pleasant enough, but very sweet.

– You take one of these GUMMIES each day to give your eyes the extra care of Lutein (from marigold flower extract) and Zeaxanthin. I have a friend with macular degeneration and everyone I know spends too much time exposed to blue light from our computers and other devices. I wish I’d started earlier pampering my eyes.
I’ve tried other forms of this in capsules in the past, but these gummies are easily chewed and a treat as well. Since I also use blue light screening glasses, I do find my eyes less tired after hours of research or writing on my computer.
