– I love I’m down five pounds the first week! I did eat healthier and still had carbs but i limited it to once a day and it was my first meal! No exercising at all!
I did use the bathroom more often but I did not have the cramping like most detox teas! The only thing i did not like was the taste it was horrible!

– It came yesterday and started today. Good packaging and it’s the 28 day. So far the taste is good and you can taste it. I will post after 10 and then 28. I’m at 189lbs and I’m looking to drop some weight.
I do like that it tells you how to take it and when to take it. It also tells you what’s in it.
I’ll be doing the hot tea versions of them all instead of cold.
Will post again and weight loss.
I also exercise and will adjust my eating habits. Can’t rely just on tea to lose the weight.

– This definitely works. Will make you use the bathroom how you should. I purchased three of these and within three months I’ve lost 30 pounds. The taste is not so good but tolerable. I’d drink it all in one go once cooled down. The turmeric flavor is the worst. It’s take in the morning which will wake you right up. The morning is taken 30min after your first meal, lunch is 30 min before and diner is right yet your last meal. I’d recommend lowering carbs while taking this tea it works better.

– I’ve almost completed the full 28 days. On the box, it lays out the full 28 days and what teas you drink, when to drink them, and what they are for. It’s helped me stay regular. I don’t really feel as bloated as I did before starting the detox. It didn’t cause any belly cramps. It’s best to follow proper diet and exercise regimes for even better results. I’ll definitely be purchasing again soon when I need to do another detox.
